Critical Multiplier... Wha?

O.K., I keep finding these items...

+Critical Chance is simple enough.
+Critical Damage is simple enough.
Specialized variants are simple enough.

So what the flying duck is +Critical Multiplier?

it multiplies your critical chance by the amount, so if you have 10% crit and are getting 100% critical multiplier you'll have a crit chance of 20%
