How to Join:Our guild has several forms of recruitment, we though will only accept members through applications. And once they are approved recruits are then interviewed depending on their application. This is not a guild to join if your looking for Hardcore PvP or for Farming of any type.

Roleplay Requirements: Guild Members are not required to Roleplay but we hold our own events and usually Rp with each other. We participate in other held events not controlled by our guild also.
OOC Background: Shattered Eloquence the Guild was founded after long negotiations between a small alliance of three guilds. The members of this alliance were, The Whirling Saints [WS], Whispers In The Darkness [WtD], and The Wayward Shadows [TWS].
The guilds in question decided that after nearly a year of friendship that they should combine to form one much larger guild. The resulting community and Roleplay guild is Shattered Eloquence.
We saw interest in Hellgate when mentions of it were presented by one of the leaders. Overall, we are one of the First if not the first, Rp guilds to look into joining in the fun that is Hellgate
The guild itself has several experienced members who have Rolepaly from forums, tabletop to even in some cases LARPing.
IC History: Factions are what divides humanity, and humanity should not be divided. The Templar hold their righteous odds and are pushed back. Even the great Seraph Knights have no real power to defend against the thousandfold onslaught of the demon hordes. And this was a realization that would only hold with a single truth. That when the dying speak, they speak only truth. Not in their voices, but in their actions, in their eyes, and in their tears.
Simone Duvalle, a lone Marksman, member of a small ragtag unit of volunteers witnessed something. The purposed marriage of a Templar and Cabalist. And in the end such passion was extinguished when a sorry few refused to work together. Thus Simone stared started an organization, an independent nation of you will. Of people that desire to bring back a semblance of normality. In this world torn by the depths of hell, those that seek to undermine the Dark Wills united. They are the Shattered, and they act as Eloquence.
IC Information: The Shattered are those who were struck the hardest and the softest by the breaking of the Gates. They were those who lost all semblance of reality, or hardened their mights and hearts to the atrocities of demon and humankind.
No factional walls bind them, and no thoughts of hatred beyond the singular burning issue. Several unites, named for their abilities, lineages, and power. And one united thought of brotherhood and sisterhood. The Epithany that is Eloquence.
