Can blademasters use 2h swords or are they stuck with duel wielding?

There is no 2 handed swords in the game as of now...
This maybe something that will be introduced later, but as of now, due to no animations for 2 handed stuff this doesnt exist :)

It could happen, maybe in a very big patch or in an expansion...Remember how much LoD changed D2? Anything is possible.

yeah i really do not want to see an expansion, thats what people pay the 10/month for, rather than expos like guild wars.

U mean the Templar Negotiator sword is single handed? Coz it looks more like a 2 handed than a 1 handed sword.

Yeah it's 1 handed in the game while it was 2 handed in the video...
As far as I know they talk about why in the novel...
But yeah, because of not having the correct animations done yet, there are no 2 handed wpns...

I think not having the correct animations done is a bit of a stretch.. animating a few attack cycles doesn't take a hell of a long time. They simply aren't interested in working on it at the moment.

As Bill Roper & his merry band of men are ex-Blizzard personnel, I'm pretty sure they don't have that kinda attitude towards theirs games & aren't trained to disappoint their players  Somehow someway they'll manage to shove it in.

I think they're more worried about the copious bugs that have been piling up without adding more, they don't have the luxury to add more crap in between now and release that's for sure.

For every 2 handed weapon with a month to release it does...
So when it wasn't originally in and they saw that their timing was running out, it wasn't a priority at this time... but yeah it does fall to that they aren't interested with it atm, mainly beacause of the timing issues which is still because of the animation issue... so really it's one and the same...

Ahh and of course you'd know this through your vast experience and/or personal knowledge of HG:L character animations and how they are created ?

No, just my vast experience with animation? I see no reason for it to be particularly long winded in their case. You could also argue that it might take them half a year to make a texture if you want, but it doesn't really make sense either.
