Question about IRC channel

Just curious, but whats the point of the IRC channel if it's +m (moderated)? This means no-one can talk without a + tag.

It's not moderated.

If it was, it was temporary.

It is moderated and has been all day.

I'm in it at the moment, don't see you on. The channel is most assuredly not +m.

Do you have the right server? You may be on the old one. We left that channel +m along with directions to the new one.
