Tactical

Rapid Fire

Description: A 3 second burst that increases damage and greatly increases rate of fire at the cost of weapon accuracy. The marksman remains stationary while using this skill.
Cannot be used while in Tactical Stance.
Level One: Effect: Weapon rate of fire increased by 200%
Rate of Use: Every 30.0 seconds.
Max level: 5
Power cost: 65

Seems great for rapid firing weapons like eg Duel fast pistols

Tactical Stance

Description: The Marksman steadies his aim and reduces his target profile, gaining a tactical advantage over his enemies.
Maximum skill points: 8
Level 1 skill.
Firing accuracy increases by 50%.
Range increased by 25%
Projectile velocity increased by 25%
Level One:
Critical hit chance increased by 4.0
Power cost 40
TOGGLED SKILL: Activating this skill puts the Marksman into a tactical stance, halting movement. Deactivating the skill or moving allows the Marksman to rise and takes him out of this stance.

Seems better for slow firing weapons. Maybe heavy 2 hand guns.

Description: The Engineer hurls a grenade towards his enemies which emits a puse of spectral energy.
Does 20-30 spectral damage.

Shock attack is 15.
Power Cost: 120

One of 2 Electrical aoe attacks for engineers . Doesnt look like a skill to take if you are going for Nanobots.

Napalm Strike

Description: The Hunter marks an area for precision strike that damages and potentially ignites enemies in the area of effect.
Does 15-25 damage.
Ignite attack is 10.
Effects: Field lasts for 2 seconds.

Great strike for more static targets. One of many fire attacks available to an engineer.

Beacon

Description: The Hunter paints an enemy with infrared light, highlighting weaknesses in the target's defenses.

Effects: Target's vulnerability to damage increased by 50%

What happened to the ability to make temperary patches. I remember reading about that. You could put them on but once removed they're destroyed.

You mean when they mentioned jerry-rigging mods in the field? I remember that, but haven't heard about it in a while.

As for the skills themselves, I believe it was KK who so graciously made this for us:

And there's also this one:

I dont think that we know that as yet, however I would think this would depend on the aggro range of the monsters themselves so if you get far enough away it would prevent aggro to you....

However one would think that this skill would be used to get away far enough for your guns to have effect again where monsters can't hit you rather than to stop the fight... guessing if you wanted to do that you'd use a town portal or something while running away with escape turned on...
