Is anyone else interested in flagship offering soemthing novel like being able to purchase part of the company to individuals, what i mean is liek buying a stake in the company ie stock. but not to the degree of thousands of dollars but rather just for some of us who are well, very interested in the game and the company. maybe like offering a private sale to us, for some small amount of stocks, and have a website where we can post , and possibly help flagship fine tune the games, in the direction that we want? soemthing along these lines. or maybe even just a stock offering with no say, but we can create our own website , that they "the developers" hopefully read? just some random ideas;p "btw i tried emailing them about this but still no response:("

Flagship hasn't even put a game out yet. I'm pretty sure they are not ready, willing, or large enough to have stockholders yet.

I don't think they'd want large organizations like VU and Electronic Arts buying a large stake in their company. I think that's what happened with Blizzard (now owned by VU), and they lost creative control over the projects there. Not a nice thing to happen.

no no no not big stake like exponentially small. just for gamers. like selling like a few thousands worth of stock. to the gaming community so the gamers can feel liek they are part of the company. u know ? just very small and non controlling shares. cus honestly i would really like that. its a different idea. but what i was trying to say was. to basically allow the gaming community to feel like they have stake in the company. not for other companies to come in and buy a controlling share. ie blizzard. maybe like 1% of the stock to gamers. thats it. and offer it along with the collectors edition on preorder or something and every person is limited to a certain amount. so even if they sold it all "the gamers" which is unlikely- the other companies still dun really havea say. other than that. its basically as i said before a way for the gamers to feel really part of the company. ??? not sure if i articulated my self the right way...;p

I wouldn't spend a bunch of money just so I could "feel like part of the company."
