A templar wrapped in a sand-coloured robe I drew in flash. I may do a high quality colour, but probably not. If anyone else wants to let me know.

I can understand that it'd be frustrating to work more on the colours with all those folds on his clothes, but I still hope you will, because it'd give the picture a little more depth. Still, it's a nice drawing as it is now. Good work. :)

Yeah as Yngvar said, colour on his robes would be sweet, but either way pretty shiny... I wish I culd have some ability to draw :(

Looks awesome. Just save it as EPS and you won't need to make a higher quality version. Scalable for the win. Maybe try shading in photoshop?

:| it looks nice. But it would look better if pieces of armor showed on the arm and legs no?

Quickly shaded. Not very well done, not my specialty. Gonna go and replace that basic sword with the negotiator.

I really like the orange glow in the background. If you could work in more of those blue glowing fields, like the one he has on his helmet, it'll create a nice complementary contrast between the orange and the blue. Maybe on his gloves, belt or boots?

First off: I can't draw at all. But I have to say the fact that only the helmet has got "metallic parts" on it makes the whole picture look a little "dead". Seems like The head doesn' belong to the rest or vice versa.
anyway, If I might suggest something: try to give the boots/legs/girdle/bracers a more metallic look, because it looks great, but It's like medieval meets power rangers right now.

hate to poke fun...but it looks sort of like one of those tusken raiders from starwars except w/ a sword and templar helmet

Really cool. This makes me hope there'd be overwear in the game. Wearing robes or cloaks that cover your armor.

Hmm. Forgot I was working on this. Anyway, here is a version with the negotiator istead of the standard sword. Not shaded because I was too lazy :P.

I think the gloves and boots color should differ from the robe, neither of them are actually part of the robe, anyways. :p

Looks great! Whenever I do a picture I always end doing a major lot of filter and blending editing ^^; - but its worth it :P
Depending on how you've done the layers, but I'd try out the following: (assuming your using photoshop)
Head Section: Inner Shadow, Colour of blue helm glow. Set at 90 degrees 'ish. Set to Screen blend mode
Sword:Duplicate the layer and set to Hard Light (Gives out the full metalic look).
I'd suggest also using the same light grey which you use for your sword as your armor then do the same (hard light on a duplicated layer). Anything you want a glowing effect do guassian blur.
But even if you haven't done layers will you can select parts of the picture using 'magic wand'. give it a go - It will turn awesome ^_^

I like it. Looks excellent to me, but then again, that's coming from a person with absolutely no artistic talent.
