This maybe a sissy question. Now, If I don't want an item, I can either destroy it or sell it. But how to drop an item?

You can fill your inventory up with stuff, go to the crafter NPC, put the offending item in her box (ooer)... then rearrange your stuff to block the space so there's not enough actual space for that item to fit back in your inventory. Then close the window to the crafter and the item will drop on the floor.

No, I mean I want to drop the item out of the station. If I pickup an item but find it is no good, I drop it immediately.

Why do you want to drop it when you could dismantle it and keep the potential salvage? Dropping an item woudln't be any faster.

Because I have no enough space in my bag, I want pickup better item but I don't want return to the Station to sell these things first (Example: not enough Re-Location device or the portal is too far away).

In that case I'm afraid you're out of luck. The method Spearthrower posted is the only known way of dropping items. There are variations where you use, say, the augmetrix or nanoforge instead of the crafter, but the principle is the same.

Yeah sorry, outside of a station, the only way to "drop" it is to dismantle it. I dont really understand why you dont want to dismantle it - this system was put in place so that you didnt need to run back to town all the time! :)

Sadly, as has been mentioned, you cannot "drop" an item out of your inventory out in the field. Dismantling unwanted items is your only hope. However, you want to dismantle. Dismantling gives you components you'll need to use the Nano Forge, or to purchase certain items, or to create certain items using the recipe cards.
Because you cannot drop, the trick is to pick up items on the proper order when facing limited inventory space. For example, you've got 3 items on the ground, but only space for two. You should pick up the items you know you'll dismantle first (like say, a grey item, or one for another class), and then after dismantling them, pick up the items you will want to sell or keep.
It definitely takes getting used to, but once you get the feel for it, it's easy.

If I don't like the item, I can just put it in the rubbish bin.
But how about an item that you get from quests? Can you drop them too?
I was on this mission, to build up 3 battery supply, something like that and I still have this one blue-battery thingy and I can't get rid of it. There are no rubbish icon. How do you destroy it?
Oh yeah, I have another item, the goggle thingy that I got it from a quest. Can't get rid of that too.

It's an oversight in the game design. There should be an easy way to get rid of extra items like those, but there isn't.

Read Post 2 - that tells you how to dump stuff you dont want.

Oh right. Thanks man for the method. But the method you gave is really user unfriendly.
The quest item only needs one square of box in my inventory. So, to get rid of that thing in my inventory, I need to fill up my inventory so that the item won't get in? That's pretty weird thing to do.
I think the game should allow us to destroy such quest items after we have completed a specific quest. That makes it much more user friendly gaming.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I totally agree with you and it's just another example of a big oversight FSS has made and not corrected.
However, there is only one work around, as explained in post 2.
You can also split up your stacks of stuff (again using stupid, contorted methods with the crafter NPC) to help fill in all the little holes before doing the above. It works, it's just pointlessly contorted when they could have put in a button to destroy those items and also a shift-click to separate stacks.
Some really schoolboy errors from a purported celebrity bunch of devs.
