Bosses respawn

I am wondering, how does the boss respawn system work? To me it seems that most bosses are random and once you kill a quest related boss, if you visit the area again he will not be there after you have quit and reloged. I'm just wondering if that is the case or just some bug on my side because a few moments ago I was doing a boss quest and I returned to the area after having completed the quest and reloged, I still found him.

Some bosses come back when you relog... some don't after you've completed the quest...

For example a quest like mind of 314 closes after you do the quest... however bosses like Shulgoth respawn after either a certain time (like 15-20 mins) or if you relog...

It's pretty much the same way that diablo used to do it, so you could farm the bosses later for loot, however as of now it's a bit limited on which bosses can be accessed again
