How do you know you are playing Nightmare in Single Player?

It takes two hits to smash open a cardboard box. True story, it really does. Fall far enough behind the "area level" of an area and them boxes become reaaaaal sturdy.

That and you can't even scratch the monsters.

If these urinals were the different modes in HGL, then nightmare mode would be the one on the far right.
