In its current form it appears in the middle of the screen and needs to be okayed to remove it.

The problem is it can appear anytime. Especially frustrating when your in a critical combat situation. This wouldn't appear to be a major issue but it will also cause whichever action your involved in when the tab appears to lock.

Example: Your running while the 'accepted' tab appears and your character is locked running in that direction and you have to mash the keys until you regain full control.

I don't expect this is very well known issue as currently only guild leaders are affecterd by it, but It wouldn't take much to move the 'player has accepted..' message over to the chat console, I see no reason to interact with the process.

Please fix this FSS :)

Or could just wait until you're in a station to send a guild invite? =p

That's not the problem.

You can send an invite to players who are offline (when recruiting via the forums this is important), and they can accept it when they log in regardless of where you are at the time.

It's an annoying oversight that wouldn't take long to fix.

Yeah that is annoying, but this game doesn't have that big of a penalty. The fact you don't get docked Xp or equipment repair costs n' such... It isn't a big deal

HOWEVEr; what would be better is if they integrate many of your command featuers into that "alt" toolbar. simply have a little ding go off and maybe a tiny flashing bar appears above your skills (symbolizing your toolbar has new activity) :) your guild tab will be flashing.. Clickig it will bring up the messages

Yeah they should have done that way, way back.

It's not as if you were receiving guild invitation every two seconds...

But I guess it's the PoD. So it's ok... :)

It happens to me often enough for it to be annoying. Besides, it would be a tiny effort to fix and just because the annoyance is rare doesn't mean it's not worthy of a mention.

Dw, I'm not going to lose sleep if they don't fix it.

Imagine if you'd just got a HCE character to Sydonia and just as he appears that message pings up.... OMG i think that the person who joined would be instantly ejected from the guild lol

Hey, that's a good point... what happens to a guild if the guild leader dies in HC?

Hey, that's a good point... what happens to a guild if the guild leader dies in HC?

I'd imagine it would be passed down to the first member that was invited, then to the next and so on. Or something similar

Perhaps the guild leader retains guild control upon death?

I'd be very interested to know what happens in this situation.

That's not the problem.

Correct! The real problem is microsoft. It's all their fault.
