Maybe I'm just a noob but...

Hi,
Well I can't access to my account on the official website, it just say that I doesn't exist, I can play normally and log on my account using the game, so I don't really care.

I have found a strange way to access to my account, it's to use the "i want to pay subscription function", after I ask that it asks me the same things that in the homepage : "account name" and "password" and i can login, and WOOT i can see my account status, now I exist !

Maybe i'm just a noob and wrong-using the site but WTF is this ?

Only subscribers can access to their accounts ?

As anyone encountered the same problems ?

Am I a NOOB and doing something wrong ?

And i can't access to the forums and never found any "trick" to get in, that's why i'm here :( (and hellgateguru ROX too :-D).

there are multiple websites. www.hellgatelondon.com is for the american servers and www.eu.hellgatelondon.com is for EU. If you have registered on on the EU server you need to use the EU site (which has no forum) but you can still subscribe from there.

You can create an account and each of the servers even if you dont play there. so to access the forums you will have to register on the US server.

actually don't worry :) i spent 10mins trying to figure out how to register my beta account until I realized .. omfg click the log into existing beta account button during install :P
