Toxic and Storm Elementals - any good?... and Warper question.

So yeah, here is my Summoner. Gonna go get Warper, Nova and pimp my Fire elementals, as well as getting some Earth Elementals for obvious reasons (rank 5 enough?):

But that leaves a couple of points, so I was wondering if Toxic and Storm elementals are any fun/useful?

Also, are the two special attacks for Warper any good? :)
