HellgateLondon.com Adds Age Verification Page
Our more astute forumers (read: people who check the game’s site too often) will have just noticed this small change to HellgateLondon.com:
Now, there’s only one real reason for them to have such a splash page: the game has just received its ESRB rating in all likelihood. Would seem that Flagship Studios made good on its guess from two years ago that Hellgate: London would receive an M rating, meaning “Mature”. That is, unless they went for Soton’s “naked women interface” and got slapped with an AO or “Adult Only” rating. Somehow I don’t think that retailers (nor publishers for that matter) would go for that though as many refuse to carry AO titles.
